The pilates studio on the top floor of the club, in studio E, provides members and non-members with a first class service in equipment work. The studio is operated by world-renowned expert Alan Herdman and is open seven days a week.

Alan Herdman originally studied at the London School of Contemporary Dance. In the 1960s he was invited to New York to study the Joseph pilates method. Alan then returned to the UK in 1970 and set up Britain's first ever pilates studio. He now lectures on the subject around the world and has written several successful books.
