We take the professional accreditation of the Reebok Sports Club and our fitness instructors very seriously. The club is a member of the Fitness Industry Association (FIA) and adheres to its Code of Practice.
THE FITNESS INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (FIA)
The Reebok Sports Club is a member of the FIA and adheres to its Code of Practice. The FIA Code of Practice ensures that health and fitness operators maintain a basic level of standards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their customers.
The Reebok Sports Club was the first club in the UK to be audited by the Central YMCA Qualifications, a Government-approved body, and to successfully pass and receive the award.
The FIA was established in 1991. It represents both private and public organisations involved in the fitness industry. The mission of the FIA is to promote a healthier and more physically active nation, by raising standards within the health and fitness industry. The FIA also works closely with the Government to pursue its aim for a healthier UK.
