The following services are available to members throughout the duration of their membership. Although not compulsory, a gym induction is strongly recommended.
Upon joining the Reebok Club, you will be required to complete a brief health screen. This will highlight any current or past injuries or health conditions that will need to be taken into consideration when creating your gym programme. Please be aware that if certain conditions are highlighted you may need to obtain a doctor's certificate before any exercise can be prescribed.
These are free of charge and available as often as needed. They will help develop a safe and enjoyable workout and assist in reaching health and fitness goals. The fitness induction and programme are not compulsory; however we highly recommend meeting a member of the Fitness Team, so that we can cater to each of your individual needs. This will not only make your time here more beneficial, you will also feel more at ease when you are using our extensive facilities. Wear workout clothes and allow 45 minutes to one hour.

Lenka Halgasova is the Reebok Club’s Fitness Manager and has been with the club now for over four years. Lenka is a seasoned fitness professional having working in the industry in London and Slovakia for over eight years, with a background in exercise physiology and experience as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Lenka’s passion is member retention, leading our team of Fitness Coaches and Lifeguards to ensure that all members have a smooth and rewarding journey by utilising fitness programming and as much regular communication as possible. In addition Lenka creates and promotes many of the gym floor events and activities in an effort to get as many members as possible involved and achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
Often seen at the helm of her Fitness desk, Lenka is also a regular feature on the group exercise timetable; so whether it is an individual programme or group fitness you need guidance with, she is always more than happy to meet for a chat. Tim studied at Bournemouth University and graduated with a BSc Nutrition. He then went on to qualify as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Tim’s areas of interest include weight training, Olympic weightlifting and sports nutrition.
