  • Private swim training offers you the complete all-round solution to getting fit. Whether you want to get in shape, recover from an injury, learn to swim, improve your technique, or complement a training programme, we have the answer.

Personalised training sessions give you structure, variety and motivation. We can help you  gain confidence in the water, and see excellent results very quickly.

What is Involved?

We start with a private consultation to assess your current level of ability; you might be a complete beginner who needs to start with building water confidence and balance. During this session we discuss any health considerations you have and will then define your swimming goals. This gives us an agreed starting point, and also a benchmark to measure progress against.

A good personal training programme is changed regularly, not only for variety but also for continued progression. It is also flexible - most coaches offer either one-to-one coaching or sessions with partners or friends.
