Adam graduated in 2004 from AUT and completed his PGD (Musculoskeletal physiotherapy) in 2006. During this time he worked four years at a large private practice in Auckland treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Following this Adam moved to Wellington, NZ and became head physiotherapist at the Wellington Phoenix FC, a professional team playing in the Australian League. This involved looking after full time athletes on a day to day basis and managing the rest of the medical team. He has also been to two Under 17 World Cups (Nigeria and Mexico) as New Zealand team physiotherapist.
His passion area of interest lies in managing sports injuries from all sports and getting participants back on the field as quickly as possible. He is a keen footballer and golfer, but enjoys participating in all sports and is a regular runner up to half marathon distance. His favourite sport is Baseball.

We have recently welcomed Dave into the Canary Wharf Physiotherapy team after moving from Australia in June. Dave graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). Since graduating he has been working extensively in private practice and for the Royal Australian Air Force.
Dave is committed to developing as a therapist and has undertaken postgraduate training in spinal manual therapy, dry needling and treatment of disorders causing dizziness. He has also lectured part-time at Charles Sturt University.
While working for 18 months within the Royal Australian Air Force, Dave was exposed to many lower limb overuse injuries; particularly stress fractures, knee and ankle injuries. Dave has developed a keen interest in injury prevention and biomechanical video analysis of technique. He has a passion for assessing and improving efficiency of running technique.
Dave has competed at state and national level in football, tennis and swimming, so understands the demands of an athlete’s training schedule.
